a sad.... sad short story.

So last night The Hubs & I were bad. We made popcorn. We figured, okay we're on this diet for two more weeks, & we won't eat anything sugary or gluteny or dairy-y, but surely popcorn is okay just this once! The Hubs makes organic popcorn in the air popper then tops it with olive oil & salt. Healthy right?! We ate our popcorn while we watched a movie.

And then... the gut pain. OH THE GUT PAIN!

Sharp pains! Hunching over pains! WHAT THE HECK PAINS!

Popcorn! Say it isn't so! Do you contribute to my leaky gut?! Does leaky gut even feel? I don't know! But I do know that one of the top three things I have missed during this diet now wants to kill me!

Oh it was very sad. I popped a couple probiotics & supplements & that helped. But should I really be eating something that makes me feel so very, very bad?!
