Garlic For Health

It's that time of year again.

Coughing. Germs. Runny nose. Fever. Sickness.

It's a great time to load up on whole food vitamins, probiotics and nutrient rich foods. There are also quite a few odd things that I like to do.



Like eating garlic. Raw garlic. Intense but good. I personally love garlic. I have no issues popping one clove a day. This is a great way to prevent sickness.

When you are sick, take one to two RAW, FRESH cloves a day. I will mince it then mix it with honey and Cheyenne pepper as well. Not only does this help it go down, all three items have powerful immune boosting, anti bacterial, anti viral, anti fungal properties.

Easy. Simple. A tiny bit gross.

But IT WORKS!
