Recipe: Healthy and Yummy Two Ingredient Cookies

Some days I need something sweet.

Other days, my daughter is following me around the house asking for a "cooo-kee".

On those days, I whip up some of these healthy, yummy and easy cookies! You can use just the 2 main ingredients or add in your own special touch for fun. Either way, there is a good chance these cookies won't last more than a day like in my house.

Ingredients:

-2 large old bananas*
-1 cup oaks
-Optional additions (chocolate chips, peanut/almond butter, cinnamon, walnuts, dried fruit, coconut, flax or chia seeds...the fun never ends)

**You could also use a fruit/pumpkin puree in place of the bananas.

Set oven to 350.

Make sure your cookie sheet is WELL GREASED, or you will be scrubbing your cookie sheet for days. Seriously, it's not fun.

Mash them together with a fork, mold into a ball, place on baking sheet and lightly flatten with a fork. If it seems too runny, add more oats. Also, don't add too much add-ins or they won't form well.

Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!

They taste the best straight from the oven. :)
